Adam Duran and Richard Eades made this the best car-buying experience I’ve had. I’d been hunting for a hard-to-find Toyota 4Runner Trailhunter in Everest for months, and dealt with a lot of shady sales tactics at other Colorado Toyota dealers along the way. Pederson was a completely different experience. Adam understood my perspective on pricing and the vehicle’s age, and worked with me through several rounds of back-and-forth to get me the best possible price. No pressure, no games, just straightforward, honest communication. I’d seen photos online of the car with dealership advertising stickers on it from being used as a demo vehicle, and Adam and the team were upfront about that history right away, without me even having to ask. The car itself was clean and well-presented. Richard handled the financing and paperwork, and when I made it clear I wasn’t interested in an extended warranty, he respected that immediately. He understood the car was already Gold Certified and didn’t try to push it further, which said a lot about his confidence in Toyota’s reliability rather than just trying to upsell me. What really stood out was how efficient the whole process was. From test drive to negotiation to paperwork and financing, I was in and out in about 2.5 hours, no dragging things out, no unnecessary waiting around. Everyone I worked with was friendly, patient, and easy to deal with from start to finish.

Shout out to sales rep Mia Roberts! She is amazing for so many reasons. My husband and I were shopping for a new (used) 4Runner and lucky for us, she was the one that answered the phone when we called. We were on our way up from the Longmont area and had one specific question: was this a smokers car? She personally went out to smell inside the truck and promptly called us back to tell us that it had not been smoked in. She also told us that it was very well kept and was very clean. We had been told by other dealers that morning that their 4runners were also clean, which ended up being far from the case. When we got there she greeted us with her happy smile and had already moved the truck to the front. She asked us if we wanted to take it for a trst drive and when we told her "no, we know how they drive as this will be our fourth one", she didnt ask again (unlike other dealers that were pushing us into a test drive). She gave our space to thoroughly look over the truck inside and out as she knew we were experienced Runner owners and didn't have many questions. When we made the decision to make the purchase she was quick with the paperwork to help the process not drag on and on. We actually had to wait longer for the guy to go over the warranty stuff than we did with her. If you are in the market for a new vehicle or know someone that is, I highly recommend Mia. You will not be disappointed. She was 100% invested in us and our experience, and it showed. She wanted to get to know us so she could make it a personal experience, not just another car sale. We needed a few things after we took the truck home that involved contacting the previous owner, and she did not hesitate to help out. She asked that we keep her updated on all of the changes/building process we had planned for the truck because she cared that much. So SHOUT OUT TO MIA!!! I’m driving the vehicle of my dreams, thanks to the diligence and patience of Emilio. He helped us parse down what we wanted, found the exact model and went back-and-forth with us on additions. This vehicle brings a smile to my face every time I drive it, and I’m grateful to Emilio for his help and good company throughout the process. He was a pleasure to work with and we’d gladly go back to him again and again. Special mention as a woman purchasing a vehicle; Emilio, knowing this vehicle was for me, ensured that he consulted directly with me vs my husband, which hasn’t been my experience in the past. That meant a lot to me and I felt more confident in the process as a result. We also really valued Jeffrey, as we muddled our way through the finance and warranty process- truly an enjoyable person to share some time with.
