I had several body shops to choose from, but since Pedersen was close to my house and local, I thought I would give you the work. That proved to be one of the best decisions I have made this year!----Rob Foster took the keys to my car and made sure everything from showing me the repairs needed, the cost, time to finish and keeping me posted all the time on progress was handled professionaly and with great care. He worked with the insurance company and even made sure it was done within their estimate even if it meant you guys had to eat a few bucks to get there. Outstanding customer service!----I currently own a Toyota 4-Runner also, and when it comes time to trade it in you will be seeing me pull up at your dealorship, knowing I will have great service!

I was at Home Depot, a few blocks from your dealership and I locked my keys-purse-phone in the trunk of my car after unloading a bunch of plants.-- I called from the Home Depot and Paul answered. Told him my dilemma and he looked up my car under it-s service record, got the VIN number and the key code number. -- Within 5 minutes Paul sent a parts delivery person -nice older gentleman-didn-t get his name- to deliver a new key to me in the parking lot. Today I decided I absolutely had to get my ’03 Tacoma turn lights fixed. It was a hard decision at this time of year. Pulled into Pedersen Toyota to make appointment and get some idea of cost. Got pickup into service bay as directed and after some discussion was directed to the customer lounge. During this time a half dozen Pedersen people crossed my path and genuinely smiled and said hello – for which I am most grateful for these days.
