As part of our continued efforts to show support for the men and women in the military who serve our country, Toyota Financial Services (TFS) and Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. (TMS) are excited to announce the 1.90% APR incentive to all eligible Military personnel and inactive reserves. The program is effective from January 04, 2012 through December 31, 2012.
Under this program, only qualifying active military personnel and inactive reserves can receive a special APR of 1.90% when financing a New MY11 or MY12 vehicle through TFS and a participating Toyota dealership. Listed below are a few program highlights:
- Special APR of 1.90% on all vehicles
- Tier 1+ through Tier 3
- Up to 60 month Terms
- No Rate Participation allowed
- Eligible New MY11/MY12 Toyota Vehicles
- Must meet normal Military Rebate guidelines to qualify for this special APR; Compatible with
current $500 Military Rebate
NOTE: Tier 4 through Tier 7 customers are eligible for Military Rebate Program at Standard Rates
(please see Standard Dealer Rate Letter for more details)
PROGRAM GUIDELINES
Program Period
January 04, 2012 through March 05, 2012. Contracts must be dated no later than March 05, 2012.
*Any contract not processed by April 05, 2012, will require a 100% buy down check from the dealer.
Eligible Vehicles
- All eligible New MY11 or MY12 Toyota vehicles*
- Only New and Demonstrator vehicles with less than 20,000 miles are eligible
- If the Special APR in your region has an APR better than the Military Special (of 1.90%), the Military
personnel can get the “better” APR. For example, if the Corolla for non-Military is 2.9%, eligible
Military personnel would receive a 1.9% APR. If the Tundra for non-Military is 0%, than both non-
Military and Military would receive the 0% APR.
*TCUV’s are not eligible for this program
Participating Dealers**
- All participating Toyota dealers (CCC dealers are not eligible)
**Toyota dealers in SET states are not eligible
Maximum Terms
The maximum terms (in months) for eligible vehicles under the program are outlined below.

- Applies to Tier 1+ through Tier 3 customers only
Customer Eligibility
Eligible customers must be in current active duty status in the U.S. Military (Navy, Army, Air Force, Marines,
National Guard, Coast Guard and active Reserve) OR a U.S. Military inactive reserves (i.e., Ready
Reserve) that are part of the Individual Ready Reserve, Selected Reserve and Inactive National Guard.
1. Verifiable proof of military status or proof of active service is required at time of purchase in the form
of one of the following documentation:
a. Leave and Earnings Statement
b. Military Identification Card (Please do not send TFS a photo copy)
2. Retired Military Personnel are not eligible for this program
3. Receive a salary sufficient to cover ordinary living expenses and vehicle payments
4. Upon credit approval by TFS
Dealer Participation
- Not Allowed

Program Compatibility
RETAIL:
- Encore (no additional rate reduction), the College Graduate Finance Plan, the Military Rebate
Program and Business Solutions may be used in conjunction with the Program. The 90-Day
Deferred Program, the “W” Tier, “W” Payout, LTV decrease and/or the No Flat Fee Option Program
cannot be used in conjunction with this Program.
- All other Special APR program parameters apply
- SOLD Orders are ineligible
To clarify the Military Welcome Home 1.9% APR Program is:
- Compatible with the Military Rebate (i.e., stackable)
- Similar to other special APR programs, this Special APR is NOT compatible with Customer Cash or
Dealer Cash (i.e., 'choice' program where the customer has a choice between Cash, APR or
Lease)
- Compatible with TFS RETAIL Subvention Cash Only (This program is NOT compatible with Lease
Cash)
Please remember if your Region has a special APR that is 'better' than the 1.9% Welcome Home APR, than
the 'better' APR applies AND is also compatible with the Military Rebate.

and check disbursement for dealer rebate reimbursements and contract booking details.
